Wire Style 2 COMING SOON!

It's days away!! I am so excited! Wire Style 2 by Denise Peck will be out in stores officially by Feb. 7? I think!? Interweave Store says they have it in stock now!

I was floored when asked to be a contributor of this sequel to Denise's first Wire book, Wire Style. As I started working on the projects, some panic set in. I'mma be honest. I did ask myself several times, what the heck I was thinking being in a wire book with the likes of  Jodi Bombardier, Jane Dickerson, Connie Fox, Lisa Niven Kelly, Donna Spadafore, Kerry Bogert and Cindy Wimmer?! Go ahead and click their names- check out their work- you'll see what I'm saying.

Seriously!? These women are heavy hitters. These women KNOW wire.

I really did think that- I'm not kidding.  Yea I've done a few wrapped loops now and then. But I hadn't really stretched myself to do something like this. So I sat down, and I worked my tail off and I think I came up with some interesting and unique designs to include. I really can't wait for you to see it. Heck, I can't wait to see it myself. Every few weeks, I've been going online to Interweave's store to look at the preview shots. There are a few teasers there, that include my designs. lemme give you a sneak peek....

I was surfing blogs and found out that Cindy is giving a copy of Wire Style 2 away! The deadline is Feb 7th, so be sure to go on over to her blog and leave a comment to win!! And since I pretty much invited myself into this little blog hop that Cindy and Kerry were having today, check out Kerry's designs that she is previewing from the book at her blog!

  4. I follow your blog often and love what you do. Though we make jewelry, I don't follow too many jewelry blogs. I just need a change, I guess. I think you are most qualified and can't wait to see the book! I am sure I will buy it!
    Hugs,

You were INVITED to contribute and you must have come up with some fabulous techniques and jewelry designs or your projects wouldn't have made it into the book! And you say you don't have any techniques! Well, from the looks of it here, you have plenty of original designs and TECHNIQUES! Congratulations, Love! I'm so happy for you! :)
