Put to work

I designed a few things with the bezels that I filled with resin the other day. They are nice and dry- and I was so excited to be able to bead with them last night. This first necklace above features wood, silver, turquoise nuggets and various artist beads: Barbara Lewis, Elaine Ray, Golem Studios, and Sue Beads. The beauty of this piece is, it can be work any which way- the clasp looks great at the front, side, or at the back!

This bracelet features maps of Spain, in Tierra cast copper bezel connectors. I linked them together with brass jumprings and wire wrapped lampwork glass from Blue Seraphim and Loupiac. The closure is a Vintaj Brass lobster clasp and I included one of my little signature owl tags.

This necklace features a large bezel clasp from MissFickleMedia, that I filled with decorative paper. Instead of hiding at the back of the necklace, I used it as the focal and dangle charms (chalcedony brios and a heart charm) on one end, and attached the copper chain to the other end. The wire wrapped bead is a lampwork glass lovely from Pinocean.

I still have a few more clasps yet to use, and will show them once they turn into something. Tune in tomorrow for a sneak peek of MONDAY's FusionBeads reader challenge. Get ready to leave your links with your projects!
The reveal date is MONDAY not Friday- like I previously posted. Sorry! Clearly I need a new wall calendar in my office!
If you don't have your beads in time, just post your pics when you can! no worries!
