Beading has commenced.

have a sneak peek.
I really have been working on new stuff.
some are manifestations of jewelry of the past.
some are brand new with new beads.
last night i made three more pieces, with uninterrupted ease.
the inspiration is flowing fast and furious.
i should have a whole slew of things for the shop update Monday oct.12.
did you notice, my shop is closed.
and yes, my heart palpitated a little bit when
i emptied it out.
all day yesterday, i kept accidentally clicking
my etsy.
and it kept showing me an empty shop.
and that made me a little sad.
I'm sure it made a few other shoppers sad too.
But hopefully they'll come back again Monday, to see some new stuff.
My plan is to do less shop updates, maybe 1-2 a week instead of daily.
The blogging will continue of course. Daily.
thanks for hanging in there with me, as I go through this weird but needed
transition.

  1. I think taking a break from Etsy to make fresh, new pieces is great. And perhaps a good chance to look at some of the older pieces and update them?

  6. You never disappoint my dear...and what is that saying? "Absence makes the heart grow fonder"? Surely your brief but necessary absence will make the desire that much greater when you return! Enjoy the day! Erin

Reinventing is good for the soul - as far as your shop ... even big dept. stores close for facelifting! Don't worry, eveyone will want to come back for the 'opening'.

Marketing idea to create more buzz...offer a 10% discount to the first 1,2,3.. buyers on 'reopening' day?

I'm sorry to have to turn on the word verification here, but I got fed up with spammers comments!
