Bees

I forgot how much I enjoyed reading. I'm about 6 chapters into Secret Life of Bees. I'm enjoying it. Such good writing and I get such a nice visual in my head when reading it. I think I might have to see the movie after I'm done.
I love bee imagery in art lately too. I put together my own little bee treasury to show you.

I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday weekend. We don't have any big plans for the Fourth, but Sunday is our anniversary so I'm hoping we can find a nice place to go to dinner or somehow enjoy the day together. It's not supposed to rain that day, I hope. Next weekend we jet off to our little New Hampshire getaway!

I'm sorry to have to turn on the word verification here, but I got fed up with spammers comments!
